I checked a book out from the library and followed the istructions.. My first experience of chocolate Ganache.. yummy! Not quite picture perfect though.. but I suppose that's why I've enrolled in a cake decorating course. Currently we're on sugarpaste roses.. I don't think I quite understand all the effort put into making edible flowers when they are not really for eating anyway!
